Soon after ordering online, I received the P90X kit and, as advertised, all the DVDs and bonuses were included. After going through the materials for a good 45 min, I understood the system and prepped my schedule. Ten days in, the first week was, admittedly, a tough one - but, it's an extreme workout, right? By week four, I was no longer sore after a rough session, but still felt that intense burn during each workout (and immediately after). Results definitely started to kick in. At about day 60, I started to develop CLEAR definition throughout my entire mid-section and smaller muscles. By the end of the program, I was, by far, in the best shape of my life (at age 43).
