Muscle Confusion

Soon after ordering online, I received the P90X kit and, as advertised, all the DVDs and bonuses were included. After going through the materials for a good 45 min, I understood the system and prepped my schedule. Ten days in, the first week was, admittedly, a tough one - but, it's an extreme workout, right? By week four, I was no longer sore after a rough session, but still felt that intense burn during each workout (and immediately after). Results definitely started to kick in.
